Was 2007 the year you were expecting? and if not how to make 2008 your best year ever!

With 2007 rapidly approaching it’s end, how was it for you? I can honestly tell you it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. But I am working on the only thing I can to make the remainder of the year great and kick off 2008 with a bang.

And the thing I am working on is… ME!

I am in the process off working through The Habit Busting System by Lee Milteer , one of the things that I am learning about myself is that I need to continue things that work and stop falling back in to old habits when things are going my way.

When I was working with this Habit Busting System, I was make leaps and bounds with the progress in my life in all areas, financial, health, relationships and in my business life. But as seems to happen when things were going good, I let some things slip instead staying on top of it.

One of the things I discovered when I started to go through the Habit Busting System again is that my falling back into old habits is a… HABIT! And with this discovery I am working on changing this habit right now.

One of the things that I find is great about reflecting on my life and looking at things is the happy discoveries I make during these reflections, for example that finding out that falling back into old habits is a habit, but you can’t change it until you discover it.

That’s why constantly reflecting on your results or lack of results and then asking the all important question of “why”?

So how was 2007 for you? I hope it was great and if not I hope you go over to http://www.habitbustingsystem.com start changing those habits that are holding you back.

After all our habits are things we can change but until we become clear about the habits that are holding us back they will continue to hold us back.

As always, Here’s to Your LifetoSuccess,

John Clark
