3. Do something kind for someone you do not know, without them knowing about it. Remember, we live in a cause and effect universe. So what you do returns in kind, either by your physical actions or thoughts. So keep your thoughts and actions in a positive vibration, and you will find positive things will start to happen to you again.
4. Find someone you can spill your guts to. Keeping things bottled up in side often lead to an explosion at some point and sometimes it comes in the form of bad things happening in your life until you get it out of your system.
Remember setbacks in attitude only as long as you keep your attitude in that negative vibration. So use the above steps to start getting your attitude back in shape.
