Success, Happiness and Your View of The World

Living a happy, successful life, in my opinion, is a goal of just about everyone in the world with a heart beat. But unfortunately a lot of us are not very happy or successful for a variety of reasons both from the inside and the outside.

The way we look at ourselves also has a huge impact on how we look the world.

Today we’re going to take a look at reasons why we may be unhappy from both the inside and the outside.

First the inside: When you look at yourself in the mirror, does that image bring a huge smile to your face or do you start to make comments to yourself like, “Look at all the wrinkles.” “Boy, your fat.” “What an idiot.” “Why didn’t you take that other job.”.

Or do you look at yourself and say, “Self, today is going to be a great day. You have been given the ability to face down any challenge that arises.”

The way we look at ourselves from the inside is going to determine the way we are perceived by others in the world.

Let me give you this example to illustrate:

Person #1 – By everyones opinion, this person is very good looking. Dresses nice and keeps up very well with themselves physically.

But they unfortunately have a string of bad relationships, seem to complain a lot on the job, and generally don’t seem to be all that happy.

Person #2 – By everyones opinion, this person is a little over weight. Looks very average and dresses a little behind the times.

But this person is happy. As a matter of fact when you are faced with a problem this is the person you go to. They have been promoted twice and seems happy most of the time.

Now take a look at this scenario, both people completely different on the outside. One person has a little more advantage with outside appearance. Both are very different on the inside which has created different results on the outside. You can tell by what they are achieving on the outside.

Now the outside: On a daily basis we are bombarded by advertising messages, gossip, bad news messages, the way people drive on the highway, and your son or daughters bad mood.

How do we react to all this stuff happening outside of us? Well that will all depend on how you take care of yourself on the inside.

When we are happy with ourselves, the outside circumstances have a lot less impact on our day to day lives. But when we are not happy with ourselves and over critical of ourselves, we will be the same with the outside world as well.

The fact is our world is exactly the way it should be based on all of our thinking and the actions we have taken up to that point. And most of the thinking and actions we have taken to that point are all based on the habitual thinking and habitual actions, we have accepted from when we were growing up.

The most effective way for us to change our outside world is to change our inside world. And that requires that we change some under lying habits that we have been letting control our lives from who knows when.

One of the best programs I have ever come across about changing and creating positive habits is at http://www.habitbustingsystem.com , I invite you to take a look at the program if it makes sense to you then please take advantage of the offer. Some people have told me that they couldn’t afford not to take the offer because of the habits that have been holding them back from the happiness and success they deserved.
