<description>I had a ping back from a reader today, who posed some interesting questions concerning the post I left earlier today, and it questioned whether doing things that were not enjoyable would be considered a life of successful living. I thought it was a great point and a great question.

First, let me clarify what I mean by not enjoyable. I try to make it point to get up and go to the gym everyday, to maintain my level of health. Most days, I find it very enjoyable to do but there are days when I would much rather lay in bed then get up and go to the gym. Those days I do not find going to the gym enjoyable. But most of the time when I get there, I find it very enjoyable.

Thank you for the ping back and the comments.
