Key to Staying Motivated: Get Up Early!

For the last month and a half, I have been getting up a 4 AM to go to the gym for 4:30. Most of the people that I tell about this think I am absolutely crazy but I must tell you that I have had more energy in the last month then I have felt for 20 years.

I think it is amazing.

Now here is the reason why this has been helping me to stay motivated.

As my belly shrinks my income has gone up.

Getting up that early allows me more time at the gym and with that my income has been steadily going up. It has me pleasantly baffled.

But here are some things that are happening because of getting up early.

I have been able to write more often on my blogs, which keeps people engaged on my sites. So I have been able to help people more frequently with my messages. And thank you for the kind emails, I appreciate them and it continues to keep me motivated to keep writing.

I am out of the house earlier to my accounts and I am making great things happen in these accounts due to the energy that I have from getting up earlier.

I am eating earlier in the day and more frequently during the day which keeps me motivated and energy level higher.

And when I reluctantly know I have to go to sleep between 9 and 10 PM, I go to sleep pretty much the minute my head hits the pillow.

I got up this morning at 5 AM, it is a Saturday. I got an extra hour of sleep this morning. The gym doesn’t open till 7 AM so I got to write this blog post and when I get back from the gym I have the whole day to do whatever I want with plenty of energy to do.

Getting up early has done wonders for my motivation, try it and see what happens in your life!
