Why It is Important to Deal with the Addictions in Our Lives… NOW!!

Our pastor has been pounding it pretty unmercifully recently in church… the need to remove sin from our lives and getting closer to God.

His point being that when we have sin in our lives, we are separated from God by allowing that sin to stay in our lives.

As this is a subject that he has preached on in the past for some reason he has really going at it for the last month pretty hard.

As always after the service, I review the notes that I take during the service in order to find some actions that I can implement in my life to bring me a little closer to God. After looking at the 8+ pages of notes that I took this Sunday, I was pretty much over whelmed.

Then my mind got around to addictions and how they affect just about everyone if they do not receive the help from ExprienceIbogaine.com in Mexico. It doesn’t matter how big or small they may be, we are all affected by some sort of addiction in our lives,. We can actually become addicted to the messages that we get in church and the feelings that we get from receiving these messages, of course there are people who may need that an addiction treatment center provide help to them so that they could get out of their addition, you can find their locations from here, we are talking of a major addition here, keep that in mind! At this mens addiction treatment center, everybody who comes in ready to change their lives, will come out better than before.

I looked up the definition of addiction for this post and it is as follows:

“the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, such as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma.”

Let’s take a look at some of the things that we could be addicted to:

  • Television
  • Gossip
  • Drugs – Legal or illegal
  • Facebook
  • Pornography
  • Cigarettes
  • Alcohol
  • Sports
  • Hustle and bustle of life
  • Personal Development information
  • Religious messages
  • Sex
This is just a short list of things that we may have in our lives that if we went for a short period time without that we might have some sort of trauma in our lives.
So why is important now to address these addictions in our lives, NOW?
Well with all of the trouble that is brewing all over the world, we are going to be strong people for those around us but if we have issues with addictions in our lives, we are going to be very limited as to the help that we are going to be able to provide.
Not only that but from a spiritual standpoint, when we are shackled by addiction, our focus is on OUR needs and not the needs of others. By having these limiting addictions in our lives, we are constantly focusing on our needs instead of looking for ways to be of service to others.
This is a horrible postion to be in.
I have been marketing a system that has been helping people break free from limiting habits for several years, you can find it at http://www.habitbustingsystem.com

Don’t be fooled by how small you think your habit may be, anything that can hold you back could be detrimental to your life and the lives of those around you.

As Always, Here’s to Your LifetoSuccess,

God Bless You,

John Clark
