This is a double video post that pertains to weight loss by the great, Brian Tracy.

One of the most important goals that we should have with regards to living a successful life is making sure that we are living a healthy life in order to enjoy the success that we are achieving. This first video explores some ideas about making sure that we maintain a physical exercise routine in our lives that will help get our blood moving in our bodies and help us maintain the proper weight for our individual heights and body shape.

In this quick video, Brian Tracy explores a simple idea that can help us make sure that we have healthy food alternatives at our finger tips at all times and beat those moments when we may be subject to cravings that could cause us to eat unhealthy foods.
