Brian Tracy provides some sound advise with this one today.
I am an early riser and I have found this advice to be very helpful. I get up everyday during the week at 4 AM to get to the gym, I have found that if I do not get my workout done first thing in the morning, it just won’t happen. I do go to bed a little earlier but that is ok.
What is interesting lately is that I have been getting up even earlier sometimes as early as 2 – 3 AM, and when that happens I get even more done. Sometimes I can schedule as many as 8 to 10 additional blog postings done in that time. I am finding that time to be very useful.
So set that alarm to get up an hour earlier for tomorrow and use that time to get some important work done.
