I have listened to Brian Tracy for many years and this habit is one of the most important habits that we can develop.

Developing this habit can improve you life almost over night.

As we move forward with our lives, we are learning but sometimes we tend to paint ourselves in to corners on certain areas of our lives and give ourselves no outs.

The fact is the only way for us to make improvements in our lives is by CHANGING the habitual way that we think and act.
