Grant Rant #135 – Entrepreneurs

Grant Cardone explores the idea about being an entrepreneur.

An entrepreneur is a person who runs his own business with ALL the risks. You may say to yourself, “But John, I get my check from XYZ company. I don’t have any risk involved.”

And my reply would be, “You’d better start looking for another job because chances are you won’t have this one long.”

If you are not improving your skills, you are taking the rick that your current skills will be obsolete if they are not already.

The landscape of business is changing by the minute and if you are not looking at your self as a free agent, someone with the skills that an employer is willing to pay for, then it is only a matter of time before you will find yourself in the unemployment line.

We MUST be constantly looking at what we bring to the table for our jobs.

If our skills are not in demand, we are taking huge risks with our future.
