Think about it for a second, let’s look at the movies that come out on a weekly basis, there are some that I go to because I like the trailer and sometimes I am very disappointed and I will generally tell my friends not to bother but I have found that most of the better movies that I have seen have some from a friend of mine who has seen a movie and told me it was a great movie.
The same applies to your business and the experience that people have with your product or service.
The key is to make those who you service so happy that they are beaming with happiness over the service that you provided that they are more then happy to provide you with referrals.
