From a leadership stand point, it is the ability of the leader to paint the picture of the “Vision” in the mind of those who are employeed at the company in a manner that the employee will walk through a wall of fire to get to the end result.

Both require the ability to paint a picture in the mind of the those they are trying to influence in way that the action is almost automatic and voluntary.
